Autobiography of Frances E. Thomas, Founder and Pastor of Christ Miracle & Healing Center Church, Harvey, Illinois 60426. Founded in 1963, by Frances E. Thomas. A Star in her own right. She was born in the era of slavery and oppression in the hills of Tennessee. Her desire was to escape the turmoil of the times and move to Chicago and become a star and to Share with the world her charismatic voice, beauty and finesse. However, God knew the plans He had for her life and the thoughts that He had concerning her, to bring her and expected end, which was to share with the world “The Sweetness of Jesus.”

She was wed to Mr. William Thomas, Sr. and to this union were born 10 children. They relocated to Chicago, Illinois and her aspiration to become a singer diminished once she had an encounter with the Lord. God changed her life. He saved, sanctified and filled her with the Precious Holy Ghost. However, this change was not with total submission, she wanted to be saved and sing for Jesus and that’s just what she did, along with her children. They formed a recording group, “The Miraclelettes.” They recorded many albums in the mid -70’s. Many were blessed by their singing, but this did not fulfill her calling. As a result she was faced with a many afflictions and her faith was tried. The first was Asthma, after which Obstructed bowels, and the 3rd and final affliction was, Breast Cancer to surgery; the removal of her right breast. She refused surgery; the removal of her right breast and signed herself out of the hospital. God healed her completely 3 days later and she surrendered her life to the will and call of God which was to preach the Uncompromising, Unadulterated Gospel of Jesus Christ.

​Her ministry began as a door to door Ministry. Later the Lord blessed her with a little store front church on the west side of Chicago. Time progressed and the evidence of signs and wonders followed her Ministry. Many were healed, delivered, Saved and Set-free, by the Power of God. The Lord added to the church greatly. There were Tent Revivals in other states, Nursing home services, Street and Park District services, The Miracle Hour Weekly Radio broadcasts, Semi-Annual Holy Convocations, and other outreach endeavors. The Miracle Magazines contains Miraculous testimonies from members and those who have received Miracles from state to state. The church grew and the Lord blessed her with a much larger building on the south side of Chicago. Years later she was confronted with another trial. The Lord was preparing her for the move to higher grounds. She was expecting her 8th child and had a tumor. The Lord sent her to one of Bro. A.A. Allen’s Revival at the Coliseums in Chicago. God healed her, blessed her and years later the will of God was done. The church moved to Miracle Valley Arizona. After the will of God had been completed there, she returned to Chicago. She and the “Miracles Today In Action” Evangelistic Team continued to travel from state to state, nursing homes, Tent Revivals and street and Park District Services, etc. Her work was complete in 1995 and the Lord called her home. This Ministry continues to bless, inspire and enlighten the souls of Gods people from every walk of life unto this day. The outreach efforts have increased thanks to the media outreach engines that are now available. The current location is 15027 Page St. Harvey, Il and we are yet on “The Move For Christ.” And yes, signs, wonders and Miracles continue to follow this Ministry. May God Bless You.
